I booked this restaurant for a birthday celebration~ Both the indoor and outdoor environments are fantastic, giving a feel of stepping into a grand castle. Perfect for anniversaries, birthdays, and photo ops—it’s extremely romantic with a full ambiance! The restaurant is quiet and elegant, with superb and patient service. It was a wonderful experience. 🍽️ Appetizers: 🐌 Escargot: A classic escargot, served with herb butter mousse and garlic butter. The flavor is not too intense. The snails were tender, though occasionally, you might find some sand if they’re not cleaned thoroughly. 🍐 Foie Gras: The foie gras is exceptional! Cooked to perfection, it melts in your mouth. Paired with honeyed pear slices and bread to balance the richness—absolutely amazing! A must-order appetizer. 🍞 Pain August Lait: Freshly baked and incredibly aromatic, I dove in so quickly that I forgot to take a photo! The bread is very soft with a slightly crisp exterior, and the butter provided is of excellent quality~ Definitely worth trying! 🍽️ Main Courses: 🦆 Canard: My favorite dish of the evening and the highlight of the meal~ The duck breast was cooked just right. The meat was rich yet not greasy, giving a wonderful sense of satisfaction! I’d order this again next time, though I wasn’t a fan of the accompanying sauce—it had a strange taste. 🐮 Steak: The steak was part of the daily special and was deliciously cooked!
