Traverse City｜A Hidden Gem in Michigan 🍒✨

From Shanghai to Tokyo, Chicago, and finally… Traverse City. After 24 hours, 2 transfers, and 4 customs checks 🛃✈️, I arrived in this small Michigan town that even some Americans don’t know about. My first taste of the U.S. has been truly unique — and oh so charming 🥰. It feels just like what I’ve seen on TV, even though I haven’t spotted another Asian face yet 👀💬. Downtown is tiny but lovely — Cherry Republic is super fun to explore and shop at 🛍️🍒, Moomers Ice Cream is delicious but seriously sweet 🍦😅, and there’s this cool store called M22 — a local brand inspired by a scenic Michigan highway 🛣️❤️. But the lakes… they’re what really stole my heart 💙.
