The dessert was such a delightful surprise! 🍰 We ordered a seasonal parfait, and it had over 20 ingredients—each one was delicious. The portion was huge! I forgot the name, but there was only one seasonal parfait, and it seems this version is pretty new. 🎢🍃 The base was mainly champagne jelly and orange, with two matcha glutinous rice balls. One of the ice creams had a citrus flavor, which was amazing—it tasted like it had lemongrass. The other one felt like caramel. The cookie crumbs were also yummy, and they paired perfectly with the wine and citrus flavors without being too sweet. 🎢🍃On top, there were marshmallows, chocolate mousse, red bean paste, Japanese sweets, and biscuits and cake. It was a rich and interesting experience! Although it was $28 💪, it was really worth it. The chocolate cake was also a delightful surprise! Instead of the usual fluffy texture of a chocolate cake, it had a dense, smooth feel, like a Japanese pumpkin tart. It melted in your mouth and had a red bean paste-like texture. The accompanying Cassis sauce, made from blackcurrants and blackcurrant liqueur, was perfect for cutting through the richness, and the cake itself wasn’t overly sweet. 🎢🍃 It was such an interesting experience, like an adventure with so many different elements. I feel like we’ll definitely be going back! 🌟 #RestaurantRecommendation 🍔 #TreasureRestaurantShare 🌿
