Treat Yourself to an Unforgettable Omakase Experience | Kiwami 🍣💖

After work, I visited Kiwami Omakase in Brooklyn — and it felt like a whole evening wrapped in luxury ingredients and chef's artistry! ✨ We chose the Chef’s Omakase Tasting Menu: 21 courses of pure delight, each more stunning than the last! ✨ Appetizers to Wake the Senses Started with fresh Japanese Horse Mackerel sashimi, Kumamoto Oysters topped with salmon roe (bursting with briny goodness!), and Shiso‑wrapped Smelt Tempura — crispy outside, tender inside, utterly addictive! 🍤 The Smoked Spanish Mackerel Sashimi was another standout — lightly smoked, rich and aromatic. ✨ Nigiri That Stole the Show From Squid to Otoro (Bluefin Tuna Belly) and Uni (Sea Urchin), every piece was layered with flavor. The chef uses delicate toppings and seasonings to highlight each fish's unique texture. 💖 My favorite: Hokkaido Uni — fresh, creamy, with a subtle sweetness that made me want to fly straight to Japan! 🍙✈️ 🐟 The Otoro literally melted in my mouth — rich, buttery, and deeply satisfying. 🐚 Korean Abalone with Liver Sauce was a savory surprise — tender abalone elevated by the intense, umami-packed sauce. ✨ Grilled Delights Charcoal‑Grilled Beltfish with Hokkaido Uni Rice was a match made in heaven — the fish crispy yet moist, paired with sweet uni and fragrant rice. 🍚🔥 Grilled Golden Snapper served with a comforting Fish Bone Broth warmed both the heart and soul. ✨ A Sweet, Perfect Ending Dessert was Matcha Ice Cream Pudding 🍵 — rich in matcha aroma, smooth and not too sweet. A truly healing finish to an exceptional meal. Every detail — from the elegant tableware to the perfectly seasoned sushi rice — reflected care and expertise. 💫 💰 Though priced around $300+ per person after tax, every bite conveyed the chef’s passion and craftsmanship. Absolutely worth it for a special occasion or when you simply deserve the best! 📍 Address: 141 Bridge Park Dr, Brooklyn, NY 11201 Reservations are highly recommended! #NYCFood #NYCOmakase #KiwamiBrooklyn #JapaneseCuisine #SushiLovers #FineDiningNYC #BrooklynEats #FoodieExperience #LuxuryDining #TreatYourself #NYCRestaurants #DateNightNYC #WinterEats #UnforgettableMeal
