Truffle Cream Italian Risotto

🌸Previously, after work meant casually grabbing a cheap beer with classmates at a bar. Last week, I had the pleasure of experiencing a more refined after-work outing for the first time, as a colleague took me to Röda Huset for an elegant wine tasting accompanied by cheese and ham (I highly recommend this place! Although I didn't take photos, the view and the wine selection are exceptional!) It made me realize that the professional life is indeed different from being a student.🌸 🌸This Italian restaurant is a renowned spot that a former VP of my colleague's company visits every time he's in Stockholm. As soon as we entered, every waiter in a shirt greeted us with a smile, and I immediately felt the difference in atmosphere. The entire meal, while not quite on par with what I've had in Italy, was more than satisfactory for a craving. We opened a bottle of Italian white wine, with the cost per person being around 400, which is not cheap but not exorbitantly expensive either. The atmosphere and service were excellent, making it a great place to recommend for friends to come and enjoy drinks and conversation.🌸 Risotto agli asparagi 💛💛💛💛 🌸This is the truffle cream Italian risotto, and the asparagus garnish I found to be a great addition. However, I found it a bit salty on its own, and it was just right when paired with the accompanying bread. It was delicious!
