Truly Deserves 8 Consecutive Years of Michelin Recommendation
👍 Mensho Tokyo in San Francisco is highly recommended by thousands, and it lives up to its reputation. I waited in line for 15 minutes as soon as the doors opened, but it was absolutely worth it. The ramen and A5 Wagyu sushi both captured my taste buds, and I couldn’t stop clapping in delight. 🍵 Duck Matcha A rich matcha flavor paired with a hearty chicken broth, topped with 10 slices of duck chashu. The noodles are firm and smooth, and the slight bitterness of the matcha perfectly complements the savory duck meat. It’s a truly unique experience. 🐔 Signature Spicy Toripaitan Spicy classic white chicken broth ramen The creamy, milky broth is thick and smooth, elevated by black garlic oil and chili oil. The generous layers of pork and duck chashu are a meat lover’s dream. 🐂 Japanese A5 Wagyu Sushi The tender, juicy A5 Wagyu sushi is incredibly rich. Each bite feels like melting in your mouth, similar to the luxurious experience of eating fatty tuna. 🍄 Spicy Enoki Chips A must-order at every table, these fried enoki mushrooms are crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. The oil brings out the mushroom’s natural aroma, and the light dusting of chili powder makes them irresistible. ⌚️ The restaurant opens at 4 p.m., and I arrived around 3:45 p.m. There was already a line, but the wait was only about 15 minutes after 4 p.m. The turnover rate is quite high, so the wait isn’t too long. #SanFranciscoFood #SanFrancisco #SanFranciscoRamen #MenshoTokyo #SanFranciscoEats
