🦞🍤 Two Great Seafood Restaurants in Hamburg

Saying goodbye to Hamburg still feels fond, and I've found some great places to eat seafood online. Many reviews mention Yin's and La Sepia. I've ordered seafood from them before, the kind that's mailed to you. However, their restaurant reviews are mixed, so I decided to skip them and try La Sepia. Later, I randomly entered another place called Heimathafen in the Hamburg harbor. Both were quite good! La Sepia A Portuguese restaurant where they don't have menus; instead, the entire restaurant shares a small chalkboard that gets carried to your table when you order. We ordered three dishes with high "foodie" appeal: Lachs + Gamba Spieß 🌟🌟🌟🌟 It's quite eye-catching. As soon as it was served, the elderly couple next to us couldn't stop staring. The salmon is crispy on the outside, the shrimp is deveined, seasoned lightly but a bit oily, with the accompanying vegetables being too salty. The roasted baby potatoes were very fragrant. Dorade, still standing 🌟🌟🌟🌟 Similarly, it's beautifully presented. The fish is "standing" and seasoned just right, with the side dishes being a bit salty. Meeresfrüchtepfanne 🌟🌟🌟 It was just okay. It had mussels, clams, octopus, and shrimp but no main dish. My big, strong friend said it wasn't filling enough. The highlight was their homemade green sauce 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 It's incredibly delicious with bread. It has a hint of garlic flavor? I'm not sure why it's green, but it's really tasty. For three people, including drinks, the total was 110 euros. 🍔🐟 Heimathafen This place was actually a spontaneous find when I was hungry while wandering around the Hamburg harbor. I thought it was just a simple burger joint, but their seafood was also very good. The location is excellent, right across from the Hamburg harbor parking lot. Roasted Sole 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Sole is perfect for grilling. It's large and has a lot of skin. Pork Chop 🌟🌟🌟🌟 It was tasty, but the pork chop king in my heart still belongs to Pork's in Prague. Hamburger 🌟🌟🌟🌟 Hamburg's hamburger is great, with fresh meat and a strong beef flavor.
