š Two Hours by Lake Erie in Cleveland ā A Perfect Little Escape šš¦
cSometimes the best moments are unplanned. ā³āØ On our way back from Cleveland, we ended up stopping by Lake Erieāand what was supposed to be a quick break turned into two full hours of pure, calming bliss. I couldāve stayed there all day⦠and next time, I definitely will. š»š Thereās something magical about the Great Lakes. Maybe itās the way the water stretches out like a gentle inland sea š , or how the light dances over the waves almost like itās whispering something sweet. This wasnāt just a stopāit was a moment of peace I didnāt even know I needed. šļø And then⦠there was the ice cream. š¦ Let me tell you: this was quite possibly the BEST ice cream Iāve had in America. And thatās saying a lot!! It was smooth, creamy, perfectly sweet but NOT overly sugaryāyes, you heard that right! š Itās the kind of dessert that doesnāt leave you feeling like you need a gallon of water after. A total surprise highlight! We sat there on the edge of the lake, licking our cones, feeling the soft breeze, and honestlyāI havenāt felt that relaxed in months. šš I didnāt lift a single weight⦠didnāt check my phone⦠didnāt rush. And you know what? Thatās what lifeās all about. Balance. Between the grind and the calm. Between the hustle and the hush. āļøā¤ļø Next time, Iām coming back with more timeāa blanket, a book, and no schedule. The Great Lakes deserve more than just a visit. They deserve to be felt. šš« šø A little plog moment for the memories⦠#LakeErie #GreatLakes #Cleveland #IceCreamLover #NotTooSweet #RelaxingDay #TravelCleveland
