The first bite of the Wagyu toast is astonishing, and the last pomelo jam cookie bursts with flavor. 1️⃣ Ossetra Caviar 🍮 The salty freshness of the caviar complements the rich fattiness of the tuna belly. 2️⃣ Scallops 🦪 Cool, tender scallops are sandwiched between slices of beetroot and tangy, crisp white asparagus, with a sauce that enhances the flavor. 3️⃣ Grilled Octopus Legs 🐙 It's amazing how they achieve such a crispy exterior and soft interior! The grilled tips are particularly delicious, and the accompanying kimchi cream sauce is very fragrant. 4️⃣ Bigeye Snapper 🐟 Steamed first and then drizzled with hot oil, the fish is tender and the skin is crispy.
