Two Weeks in Boise 🌿💭

It’s Friday already! After breakfast, the kids headed to work, and I decided to take a slow walk around the neighborhood. Just nearby, there’s a peaceful lake 🌊 where a few people were relaxing—one even floating in a small boat, soaking up the mild sun ☀️🛶. I spotted some animals too… a group of ducks? 🦆 (I’m not entirely sure, honestly!) The grassy shores are covered with what looks like fertilizer—maybe helping keep everything so green? 🌱 A small tributary of the Boise River flows gently from the west—so clear you can see right to the bottom. A little bridge arches over the stream, and there I saw four more green-headed ducks! 🦆💚 Willow trees line the bank, and their cotton-like seeds are floating everywhere. No wonder I’d been seeing white fluff drifting past the window these past few days 🌳🍃. Back home, I spent some time cleaning and tidying 🧼✨. Being able to do something—anything—for my kids, even the small things, brings a quiet sense of peace.
