U.S. Foodie Journey | Santa Fe – Geronimo 🍽️✨

An Asian fusion restaurant (I suspect the chef has trained in Japan!) with French fine dining flair 🍣🇯🇵🇫🇷 The starter—Fujisaki Asian Pear Salad—felt like an American interpretation of a Chinese-inspired salad 🥗👌. Refreshing, though not entirely authentic. The Wagyu Beef Carpaccio was decent but not extraordinary. It came with two sauces, and the mustard-horseradish one stood out as more flavorful! 🥩💫 The Pan-Seared Foie Gras was excellent—tender and rich. I loved pairing it directly with sweet wine, but dipping bread into the foie gras and pineapple reduction alongside the wine was also delicious! 🍷🍍 Dessert was the showstopper: “The Apple” 🍎🍨! It looked like a real apple but had multiple layers—white chocolate as the outer shell, filled with butterscotch sauce and apple bits? Served with ice cream, it was absolutely divine. Rumor has it—it’s their most popular dessert! #SantaFe #SantaFeEats #NewMexicoTravel #FineDining #AsianFusion #FrenchCuisine #FoodExploration #GourmetExperience #SweetTooth #LuxuryDining #FoodieLife #TravelAndTaste #UniqueDesserts #Wagyu #FoieGras #FoodArt
