udapest Restaurant Recommendation: Can't Go Wrong!
Following a recommendation from Xiaohongshu, I visited a restaurant that serves authentic Hungarian dishes. The food was incredibly delicious, and every dish was a hit, with an average cost of around 20 euros per person. I have to share this place; the restaurant's name is at the end, so don't miss it! You can find it by searching for "Vakvarju restaurant" on the map; they have several branches. 🌟 Cream of Mushroom Soup The flavor is quite rich, which I personally enjoyed. 🐮 Beef Cheek A signature Hungarian dish, served with tangy and sweet mixed berries, and the meat is incredibly tender. 🦆 Duck Liver Highly recommended! It's delicious. 🐷 Fried Pork Cutlet A giant, crispy cutlet, larger than your face, served with refreshing potatoes – love it! 🐟 Fish and Cheese Risotto The chef's recommendation, with a strong flavor of cheese and fish, but overall, it's tasty. It might not be for everyone. 🍮 Dessert I had a yogurt-flavored cake-like item, which was average. We visited this place twice, once in the evening and again at noon the next day. We arrived around 9 pm without a reservation, and the restaurant was packed, so we had to wait for a table. The atmosphere was great, with mostly foreigners, including families with children. We waited for about 15 minutes before getting a seat. The downside was that the service during dinner hours was a bit slow. If you order drinks, they'll automatically bring you a bottle of tap water. The next day, we arrived right when they opened at noon, and it was still busy, but it seemed like there was no wait for lunch. I also bought some merchandise from the restaurant – a T-shirt and AB-version socks, all at reasonable prices. #HungaryTravel #Budapest #BudapestFood #EuropeanTravel
