Ultimate 5-Day Idaho Travel Guide π₯π
I rarely make detailed travel plans since things often change, but this time I did β all because I really wanted to stay in that giant potato hotel! Even though I knew almost nothing about Idaho, I thought: why not give it a shot? π π I used Notion to plan this trip β its responsive design is super user-friendly, perfect for quick notes and expense tracking. π»π π We started from the Bay Area and drove all the way to Boise, ID β about 11 hours! We arrived late at night and began exploring Boise the next day. π Night 1: We opted for a creative tiny house on Airbnb β this one was a blue shipping container in the middle of nowhere! I loved the isolated vibe. It was small but had everything we needed π‘π΅. Day 2: Exploring Boise π Big City Coffee β A trendy industrial-style brunch spot. I ordered a pumpkin spice latte πβ β highly recommended! The Spanish breakfast was huge and tasty (though a bit too cheesy toward the end). Definitely shareable between two! π The Big Idaho Potato Hotel The highlight of my trip! π₯π This potato-shaped Airbnb did not disappoint. There was even a friendly neighbor cow named Doly πβ€οΈ! The interior was cozy with a small bed, though the bathroom was in a separate shed β a little spooky at night! So many people stopped by to take photos with it π. π Westside Drive-in You canβt visit the Potato State without trying potato-themed treats! Their vanilla ice cream shaped like a potato was not only cute but delicious too π¦π₯. π Boise Fry Company We also tried this famous local fry spot β they offer tons of potato and seasoning options! A fun and must-try experience ππ₯. Idaho surprised me with its charm, creativity, and all things potato! Will be back for sure π. #Travel #Idaho #Boise #PotatoState #USATravel #TinyHouse #Foodie #RoadTrip π
