Unexpected Delights in Omaha

I’m absolutely in love with the Henry Doorly Zoo in Omaha! 🐘🌿 This zoo features multiple incredible zones: a massive aquarium 🐠, African savanna 🦓, Asia Highlands 🐅, gorilla valley 🦍, desert dome 🌵, butterfly pavilion 🦋, and so much more. It actually made me feel like I wanted to fly to Africa for a real safari! 🐆✈️ The landscaping in each area is so thoughtfully designed—it really feels like the animals are happy here. The viewing experiences are uniquely crafted too! For example, at the sea lion pool 🦭, there’s a little cave-like opening about half our height. If you crawl inside, you’ll find a glass wall offering a crystal-clear view underwater! Across from the window, there’s even a stone bench where an elderly couple sat quietly admiring the scene… It felt almost surreal 🥹💫. There are so many other thoughtful touches: I touched a starfish ⭐️, stood just one meter away from a giraffe munching on leaves 🦒… every moment was magical. The overall experience was a solid 10/10! No wonder it’s ranked as one of the top zoos in the U.S.! Highly recommend—plan at least 4 hours here! And the best part?
