Union Biscuit | Vegas Food Diary 🍔

Restaurant: Union Biscuit A pretty mediocre fast-food experience. The process is: order at the counter → get assigned a seat. If there are no available seats, you have to wait in line right in front of the counter. Kind of annoying—I'd prefer to know if there's a seat available before deciding to eat... 😒 I ordered the Nashville Fried Chicken Biscuit Sandwich. Since the restaurant is named "Union Biscuit," I expected the biscuit to be the star of the show. But it was just... okay. Slightly better than Popeyes, but nothing special. As for the fried chicken? Let's just say "crispy" is not the word for it 🍗. The coating was soft, the sauce was bland and uninspired, and they used chicken breast that was so dry and tough, it was a struggle to cut through. Also, I noticed every plate comes with a side of ranch dressing—not sure why 🤷‍♀️. Drinks are self-serve from the soda machine. If I'd known it was such a basic fast-food setup, I would've just taken it to go. Instead, I wasted precious time waiting in line. What a letdown 🥱. #VegasFood #LasVegasEats
