Upscale Korean Restaurant in NY--Anto Korean Steak House
1️⃣ Caviar and Green Grape Scallop or Beef Tartare with Cherry Tomatoes: Both are very delicious, refreshing and appetizing. 2️⃣ Fried Soft Shell Crab: The crispy soft shell crab is coated with a smooth and rich avocado sauce, forming a stark contrast to the previous dish. 3️⃣ Truffle Steamed Egg: It's delicate and silky! It's more like a pudding than steamed egg. There's a large piece of black truffle hidden under the lotus root slices. 4️⃣ Wagyu Platter or Grilled Eel: The quantity of the appetizers really surprised me. The freshwater eel has a very fresh and meaty texture, and the unique combination with raspberry sauce won my heart. I just wish there was more. 5️⃣ Wagyu and Miso Soup with Rice: The warm soup is filled with the aroma of beef, and there's a crispy ingredient in the rice (I didn't taste what it was). 6️⃣ White Truffle with Vanilla Ice Cream: I didn't expect to see the expensive white truffle in the dessert!
