🥩Per Se truly lives up to its reputation as one of the top three Michelin-starred restaurants in New York! The fine French cuisine is simply amazing! 🌟 🌟The salmon tartare features smoked salmon, which pairs perfectly with the whipped cream inside the crispy egg roll. The cheddar cracker is delicious! 🍳 The caviar oyster is a masterpiece—topped with a large dollop of black caviar and a layer of white caviar below! The cream-based caviar dish is just out of this world! 🦪 🥩 The foie gras mousse is my all-time favorite! Although the beet garnish is a bit puzzling (personally, I’m not a fan of beets), the use of black truffle sauce instead of the traditional blueberry sauce is incredibly brilliant! 🌟 The accompanying croissant is so good—sniffle, sniffle. I’m on a keto diet, but I couldn’t resist!🥩 #NewYork 🌃🌟
