Vancouver, Canada: A Place I Could Eat at a Hundred Times
🍣🍣🍣🍣 Lately, beautifully presented dishes have been all the rage, so I have to showcase one of my favorite beautiful spots! Let me give you a brief rundown of what I’ve tried: Chirashi Donburi: Every visit brings a new assortment of ingredients and garnishes. The moment you lift the lid, it becomes the center of attention. The top layer features seafood, beef, and eggs. The ingredients are fresh and luscious, while the rice underneath is subtly flavored with radish and perilla leaves. Every bite is incredibly delicious! 🍚🍤🥩🍳 Smoked Oshi: This dish is all about the show. It’s essentially a pressed sushi, but it’s delightful nonetheless. 😋🍣 Gindara Misozuke: I believe this is the best miso cod in Greater Vancouver! The chef explains and then torches the cod with red cedar right in front of you. It’s a very refined dish—the cod is incredibly, incredibly sweet and absolutely amazing! 🐟🔥 Seasonal Tempura: The tempura here is unique both in flavor and presentation. Tasting each piece is like unboxing a surprise—creative and delicious! The meal comes with a guide to the ingredients, so you won’t get lost in the deliciousness. 🍤✨ #NothingBeatsSeeingItInPerson #HiddenGems #AtmosphericRestaurants #Delicious #FoodiePics #VancouverLife #Canada ### Name: Kishimoto Japanese Restaurant Address: 2054 Commercial Dr, Vancouver, BC V5N 4A9 Type: Restaurant ###
