Vegas｜"Good Woman" & the Man with the Most Michelin Stars 🌟

Celebrated my 29th birthday in Vegas by finally dining at the legendary "three-Michelin-star" Joel Robuchon—the chef who earned a record 32 Michelin stars in his lifetime. There’s a famous line from the drama Tokyo Girls: "A woman who can dine at Joel Robuchon before 30 is a good woman." Couldn’t make it to the Japan location, but the Vegas one was just as magical. Absolutely adore this old-money French dining vibe 🥂. The food, service, and ambiance were impeccable—worthy of three stars 🌟. The whole experience was pure joy 🥰. We had the tasting menu (full menu at the end). Every dish was plated beautifully and tasted divine—some classics, some seasonal highlights 🍁. Beyond the stunning presentation and flavors: 🥖 The bread cart was a carb-lover’s paradise! Unbelievably good bread paired with freshly carved butter 🧈. Had to restrain myself so I wouldn’t fill up. 🍰 The dessert cart—even though I was stuffed, I couldn’t resist trying every one. Authentic French pastries—who could say no? 💕 For my birthday, they gave a special birthday menu + cake—a light, refreshing mousse cake 🎂. When leaving, they even gave a to-go gift: their homemade banana bread 🍌 (so delicious 🫶🏻). I’ve been to Vegas many times and tried many restaurants, but this one truly holds a special place in my heart.
