Tried the popular Thai restaurant Lotus of Siam in Vegas after seeing it in a vlog . 🦐 Garlic Shrimp The fried shrimp were delicious—crispy shells separated from the tender meat. The shells were even better than the shrimp itself, super crunchy and huge! 🦆 Crispy Duck Curry First time trying duck curry! The duck skin was incredibly crispy and soaked up the flavorful curry sauce. The red curry had a tom yum-like taste with a creamy coconut milk aroma. Just pour it over rice 🍚 and mix it all up! 🥗 Fried Soft Shell Crab with Green Papaya Salad The fried soft shell crab 🦀 was a bit fishy. The green papaya salad was tangy, sweet, and refreshing—perfect for cutting through the richness. The salad dressing also made a great dip for the fried shrimp! The service was pretty bad… very slow and inattentive.
