Vegas|Las Vegas Food Diary 🍽️✨
Chica 📍 3355 S Las Vegas Blvd St 106, Las Vegas, NV 89109 First brunch of the New Year at a Latin-inspired spot — surprisingly good! We ordered four dishes blind and no regrets. The tuna poke was light and fragrant 🥗, the French toast sticks were a bit oily but saved by the pistachio sauce. A friend was celebrating her birthday — they gave us a sweet card and a tres leches cake (a little sweet, but a nice touch!). Gordon Ramsay Burger 📍 3667 Las Vegas Blvd S, Las Vegas, NV 89109 Great for solo dining — booked on OpenTable just 30 minutes ahead. I got the 24-hour burger 🍔 + truffle parmesan fries. The braised short rib was tender even at medium-rare, with brown sugar bacon and cheddar — so rich! Honestly, it tasted even better reheated at home 😋. 888 Sushi and Robata 📍 4480 Paradise Rd #900, Las Vegas, NV 89169 Also solo-diner friendly — sat at the bar with no wait. Chose the premium tier ($38 pp) — everything but wagyu is included. Great value! Everything we ordered was tasty, and the grilled yellowtail collar was a highlight — crispy skin, juicy inside 🐟🔥. Pho Kim Long 📍 6569 S Las Vegas Blvd #176, Las Vegas, NV 89119 Vietnamese spot in Town Square — we caught the last order of the night. Four of us each got a combo pho. Maybe it was the cold, rainy night, or maybe it was just really good — but this is easily top 3 pho in my (admittedly limited) experience 🍜❤️. Tacos El Gordo 📍 3041 S Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89109 The line was so long, and you don’t even know which meat counter you’re waiting for until you’re already committed 😫. After over an hour, I ordered two asada tacos and a quesadilla. I was full, but honestly… it didn’t live up to the hype 🌮🤷♀️. #LasVegas #VegasEats #FoodDiary #TravelEats 🎰🥂📓
