Tried Lotus of Siam — a super popular Thai spot in Vegas, inspired by a vlog I saw before! 🦐 Garlic Shrimp Fried shrimp were tasty — the shell and meat separated perfectly. The shell was actually better than the meat — extra crispy and huge! 🦆 Crispy Duck Curry First time seeing crispy duck in curry — the skin stayed super crunchy even soaked in the curry sauce! The red curry had a hint of tom yum flavor with creamy coconut milk notes. Just pour it over rice and mix — so good! 🥗 Fried Soft Shell Crab with Green Papaya Salad Soft shell crab was a bit fishy 😅 But the green papaya salad was tangy, sweet, and refreshing — balanced out the richness. The salad dressing even worked as a dip for the fried shrimp! Service was pretty slow and the attitude wasn’t great… but the food was solid overall.
