The interior of Joël Robuchon can only be described as opulent. Yet despite its grandeur, the decor and color palette feel inviting and elegant—never over-the-top or gaudy. Le Caviar Impérial is Joël Robuchon’s signature dish! This creation truly brings out the sublime freshness of caviar (though the presentation might test those with trypophobia 😅). Overall, the 16-course menu was an absolute delight! A heads-up: the dress code is formal!
