Vegas | A Legendary Meal by the Man with the Most Michelin Stars 🌟🍽️

I finally celebrated my birthday at the legendary three-Michelin-starred Joel Robuchon in Vegas! He’s the chef who earned the most Michelin stars in his lifetime—32 stars! 🏆 There’s a famous line from the drama Tokyo Girls' Style: "A woman who can dine at Joel Robuchon before she turns 30 is a classy woman." I couldn’t make it to the one in Japan, but the Las Vegas location was absolutely unforgettable—I’m totally in love with that classic, elegant French vibe! 🥂✨ The food, service, and atmosphere were all flawless—exactly what you’d expect from a three-star experience, and the whole evening was pure joy. 🥰 We went with the tasting menu (full menu at the end)—I won’t describe every course, but I took photos of each one! 📷 Some are signature dishes, others feature seasonal ingredients—all exquisite. 🍁 Beyond the stunning presentation and incredible flavors, their bread cart 🥖 was a carb-lover’s paradise! How can bread be this good? Served with freshly sliced butter 🧈—I had to restrain myself so I wouldn’t fill up too soon! And then came the dessert cart 🍰—even though I was completely full, I couldn’t resist trying a little of everything. True French patisserie—who wouldn’t fall in love? 💕 Since it was my birthday, they gave me a special menu and a complimentary birthday cake—a light, refreshing mousse cake 🎂 When we left, they even gave us a take-home gift: their homemade banana bread 🍌—so delicious! 🫶🏻 I’ve been to Vegas many times and tried lots of restaurants, but this one has my heart.
