Well, this one’s a bit of a mixed bag! As one of Vegas’s most talked-about Thai spots, Lotus of Siam came with high expectations—but my visit felt pretty average overall. Here’s the tea ☕: 🍛 Green Curry with Chicken The aroma of the herbs and spices was definitely there—fragrant and inviting! But wow, did it lean salty. Maybe my taste buds are sensitive, but a bit more coconut milk could’ve balanced it out. 🍚 Sticky Rice Okay, I have to be honest… it was hard! Like, break-your-heart hard 😠. Not the soft, chewy goodness you dream of with curry. 🍜 Pad Thai You can taste the wok hei—that smoky stir-fried vibe—which I loved! But the flavor leaned sweet, and the portion? Let’s just say I’ve seen bigger servings elsewhere. So… would I recommend it? Not worth a special trip—but if you’re nearby, maybe give it a try? I’m actually willing to come back once more, and here’s why: I still need to try their Tom Kha soup 🥣 and that crispy fried papaya salad 🥗 I’ve seen on the menu!
