Vegas Foodies, Who Understands? π² A5 Wagyu + Live Lobster AYCE!
Every time we Bay Area folks come to Vegas, we eat at Xpot This year they actually added an AYCE option β and let me tell you, this changes everything! What does that mean? In simple terms: β Unlimited A5 Wagyu ribeye, ribeye cap, chuck roll β Unlimited live Boston lobster π¦ β Unlimitied fresh oysters & scallops π¦ͺ Just these alone β you know whatβs up. Full menu Weβre big A5 Wagyu lovers, so we stuck to the first three beef options. A5 Ribeye β huge slices with even marbling, beautifully circular cuts, incredibly appetizing. A5 Ribeye Cap & Chuck Roll β similar quality, rich fat, melts after a few seconds in the broth, full of aroma without greasiness. The seafood plating screams βeat boldly, no need to hold backβ Live lobster served whole β lightly boiled, super sweet and fresh. We had five between two people. Oysters are on the smaller side β delicious raw or cooked (though tiny after boiling). Black Pepper Wagyu Filet β grilled on an iron plate right at the table.ππ Tender and fragrant β surprisingly delicious! Signature appetizers are limited to one round per person, but thatβs fine since our focus was Wagyu & seafood. Swan Pastry β just casually ordered because why not? After this meal, itβs hard to feel satisfied with anything else for a while.
