The one spot I really wanted to try in Vegas this time was Daeho — I’d seen photos online and was practically drooling! 🥹 Heard they’re opening in Bellevue soon too! The must-order is this braised beef ribs pot — huge portion, even four of us couldn’t finish it! The ribs are fall-apart tender and each piece is massive — so satisfying. 🧀 Topping tip: Choose cheese — the server torches it tableside for that perfect melty, stretchy pull! Another highly recommended dish — beef tartare (yukhoe). The server suggested it, and we thought, why not try? But it was absolutely incredible! You can’t even tell it’s raw beef — even my friend who usually avoids raw food loved it! The seasoning is on point, and the fresh cucumber strips add a refreshing crunch.
