Vegas Las Vegas Food|Chengdu Alley's Sichuan Pickled Fish is Delicious
I've been to Vegas like 3,000 times and basically tried all the Chinese restaurants!! This time I discovered a newly opened Sichuan spot: Chengdu Alley Honestly feels like being back in China hhh For Vegas, the level is pretty good!! We were really hungry so the three of us ordered quite a bit 👇 ✔️ Stir-fried Pork Kidney As a Beijing native, I order kidney everywhere and judge who does it best!! This one is solid — super tasty with rice and leaves you wanting more ~ This plate was cleared in no time!! ✔️ Shredded Potatoes Sour and crispy potato strips!!! My absolute fav — I couldn’t stop eating them!! So refreshing, especially when you have a table full of hearty dishes — this one stood out and was a big hit 👌🏼 ✔️ Sichuan Pickled Fish They give a generous amount of fish, and the glass noodles soaked up all the flavorful broth ~ Plus some crunchy pickled veggies — another perfect rice companion!! ✔️ We even added more later (no regrets!!) 🔍 Bowl of Fortune (Chengdu Alley) 🗺️ 4350 Spring Mountain Rd ste 118-119, Las Vegas, NV 89102 💰 Around $20–30 per person #Vegas #VegasGuide #VegasFood #VegasChineseFood #LasVegas #LasVegasTravel
