Iβm usually not big on tacos, but this place completely won me over. π₯ This iconic taco spot is super popular β open until 4 AM on Fridays & Saturdays, and until 2 AM on other days. Our flight got in late, so we drove straight here in the middle of the night! π Multiple locations β we picked the nearest one. Parking was easy. π How to Order: 1οΈβ£ Find your line: They have separate lines for different meats. Want pork? Get in the pork line. Want beef? Beef line. π Pro tip: Go with friends and split up in different lines so you can try more tacos fresh and hot! 2οΈβ£ Order at the counter: Just tell them the meat you want. π Say βno cilantro/onionβ if you prefer. Donβt forget to ask for free grilled onions & peppers. You can also add pineapple! 3οΈβ£ Pay up front: After you get your tacos, head to the cashier. π Grab some free salsa while youβre at it! π Menu Breakdown Taco: Soft corn tortilla + meat + cilantro/onion. Mulas: Two soft tortillas with cheese and meat in between. Vampiros: Crispy grilled tortilla topped with cheese and meat. Quesadillas: Folded tortilla with cheese (add meat optional). Sopes: Thick corn base, crispy outside, chewy inside, topped with meat and fixings. π½ What We Ordered: γTaco Adovada (Spicy Pork)γ πππππ β $4.12 The signature item! Freshly sliced grilled pork β crispy outside, tender inside, spicy and juicy. Adding pineapple gives it a sweet-tangy kick. A must-order! γMula Adovada (Cheesy Spicy Pork)γ πππππ β $7.54 Cheese lovers will go crazy! Thick melted cheese over spicy pork β savory, rich, and super filling. Our favorite of the night! γTaco Lengua (Beef Tongue)γ ππππ β $4.44 Generous, tender tongue slices β soft and bouncy. A squeeze of lime makes it even fresher. γTaco Tripa (Beef Intestine)γ πππ β $4.12 The intestines were cleaned well but fried until very crispy and bitter, almost hard.
