Vegas Michelin 3-Star Japanese Cuisine | KAME 🌟

This is a Japanese restaurant I’d heard about for a while šŸ£ā€”friends have given it rave reviews, saying it’s absolutely amazing. Just back in Vegas, I knew I had to try it! šŸ“ž Reservations are phone-only. Normally they offer a $350 and a $500 menu, but because of the holiday season, only the $500 menu was available that day. The main difference is that the pricier option uses even more premium ingredients—and honestly, their ingredients are top-tier and incredibly fresh! Before almost every course, they show you the ingredients and explain that everything was flown in fresh from Japan that morning āœˆļø. There was one Wagyu beef course I didn’t eat much of—it was just too rich and oily for me. I love Wagyu, but I prefer it in sukiyaki or shabu shabu style. Every other course was delicious, though guys might find the portions a bit light—I definitely wasn’t full by the end šŸ˜‚. Their final limited-edition dessert 🧁 was really nice! To me, this restaurant rivals Rebel Omakase in Irvine in terms of quality and experience. #Vegas #VegasSushi #JapaneseCuisine #VegasEats #MichelinDining #Omakase #FineDining
