Vegas North Side BBQ – Same Spot as Paopao & Hu Yuanxing! 🍖🔥

Saw Paopao and Hu Yuanxing visited this BBQ joint before, so when I passed through North Vegas, I had to check it out! Heads up: they’re closed on Sundays! 📅🚫 We ordered based on their picks: 🍖 A 3-Meat Combo (sausage, brisket, rib tips, burnt ends) + an extra Beef Rib Only plate. The sausage wasn’t my favorite, but the brisket, rib tips, and burnt ends were pretty good! The combo only came with a tiny cornbread—wish it was bigger! 🧁 For sides, we got coleslaw and mashed potatoes. The BBQ sauce came in spicy and mild, but both tasted a bit sour to me—not really my style. The gravy was flavorful though! 🥔🍛 The Beef Rib Only plate was HUGE—even two people might struggle to finish it! 🦴💪 We got so full, we almost went into a meat coma! 😵🍖 I wish they offered a sampler option with just a few bites of each meat—the portions are massive!
