📍 Yellowtail Japanese Restaurant – Bellagio, Las Vegas ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (5/5) My Vegas schedule was packed, so I didn’t make any reservations—just walked into Yellowtail at the Bellagio thinking, “Let’s grab a quick bite of Japanese.” But wow—it turned out to be a total surprise! 😳💫 🪑 We sat at the bar without a reservation. Though we missed the fountain view (a small regret 🥲), being up close to the chefs made the experience even better! We watched every slice of sashimi and every piece of nigiri being prepared with care—so much artistry and attention to detail! 🔪🎌 🍽️ What we ordered: • Spicy Tuna Crispy Rice – Crispy outside, tender inside, with a perfectly balanced spicy sauce—a must-order! 🌶️🍚 • Hamachi Sashimi – Super fresh, just the right amount of fat, melting in your mouth! 🐟💖 • Special Roll (forgot the name 😭 but not the taste!) – Every bite was layered, fresh, and light! 🥒🍤 💁♀️ Service was excellent—the bartender was polite, refilled water promptly, changed plates at the right time, and explained dishes warmly. Not too loud, not too cold—just the perfect vibe! 🤗 💬 Honestly, this experience totally beat my previous meal at Nobu in Vegas (sorry, Nobu! 😅).
