Veniero's Pasticceria & Caffe
Another must-have dessert every time I visit New York is from Veniero’s 🍰 🎢🍃 This place was introduced to me by a friend who used to live in New York 🗽 back over a decade ago. Over the years, the New York cheesecake that often gets recommended online is usually Junior’s. In contrast, Veniero’s doesn’t come up in discussions as much. (Junior’s is also sold in some Costcos as a frozen option, which helps with its popularity.) When I went to New York for my attorney swearing-in ceremony⚖️⚖️, I asked a friend to buy four 10-inch frozen cheesecakes for me. Since my suitcase couldn’t fit both the clothes I needed for New York and the cakes, I took out the clothes and asked my friend to ship them back to Hawaii. 🎢🍃 I ended up carrying the four cakes back to Hawaii myself. Clothes can be left behind, but cheesecake is a must-have! 😌 Veniero’s is particularly famous for two types of cheesecake: the Italian-style 🇮🇹🇮🇹 and the New York-style 🗽. The New York-style is quite common; you can find it at places like The Cheesecake Factory. However, the Italian-style, which uses ricotta cheese and has a custard-like feel, is indeed rare in the U.S. 🎢🍃 Veniero’s ships nationwide via Goldbelly, though there is a noticeable price difference 💸💸. If you’re ever in New York, make sure to give it a try! 📍Veniero’s 342 E 11th St, New York, NY 10003 #ThisTemplateIsSomething #WantToRecordThisMoment #RestaurantRecommendation 🌟
