Very Fresh Noodles Arrangement 🍜

I made a point to visit the much-hyped Very Fresh Noodles at Chelsea Market, as well as the custard tarts across the street. 🌟 The line for fresh noodles was super long, and getting a seat was quite a challenge. I tried the beef broth noodles, which were overall okay and worth the wait. 🍜 The hand-pulled noodles were a bit uneven in thickness, but the broth was pretty good, and the beef was substantial. The chili oil was supposed to be very fragrant, but it wasn't spicy at all. 🌶️ The guy next to me strongly recommended that I try the cumin dry noodles next time. 🌿 As for the custard tarts across the street, one bite was enough. They were quite ordinary. Very sweet, with a filling that didn't have the usual custard texture—it was quite sticky. 🥧 #NewYork 🌃
