Vietnamese Beef Pho to Warm Up the Cold Winter π
On a weekend at - 20 degrees Celsius, before taking photos in Dumbo with friends, we came here to fill our stomachs a bit. We found this popular Vietnamese restaurant to try out. π Fried Chicken Wrapped in Sauce: A whole fried chicken wing, seasoned with a garlic - fragrant sweet and sour sauce. It was still a bit warm when it arrived, and it was a really nice appetizer. π Beef Pho: Very satisfied! The broth is very flavorful, and there's a good amount of beef slices. They're tender and smooth, melting in your mouth. The rice noodles are perfectly soft and chewy. Paired with lime juice, crunchy bean sprouts, sweet soy sauce, and chili sauce, it's really delicious. Having a bowl in winter is just so satisfying. π Ground Pork Noodles: The seasoning is great. The ground pork and bean sprouts wrapped with the noodles make for a very rich texture. I really liked it. 𧑠Vietnamese Coffee: Everyone ordered this. It's a bit too sweet for me with the condensed milk. I still prefer Thai tea a bit more. But it's worth a try. π Em Vietnamese Bistro π 57 Front St, Brooklyn, NY 11201 We chatted for quite a while, and the staff kept refilling our water. The service was really good. #NewYork π½
