The medium-rare meat cooks quickly upon being immersed in the hot broth. The beef is tender. Highly recommended🌟Must-order‼️ Beef Meatball Noodle Soup🍜 The beef meatballs are very elastic and chewy, with no fishy taste at all. They are incredibly tasty! They are nothing like the average meatballs you find in supermarkets. Being a fan of Chaoshan beef tendon balls, this bowl of noodles is right up my alley. Highly recommended👍 A. Fried Spring Rolls🥢 Although quite small, they are very fragrant. Fried spring rolls are hard to mess up, but they are quite oily. They go well with the noodles. B. Fresh Shrimp and Pork Rice Paper Rolls 🍤🫓 I personally feel that the ratio of shrimp and pork to the rice paper roll's vermicelli and vegetables is not quite right. The shrimp and pork are quite fresh, but the portion is a bit small, lacking a bit of substance. Not recommended🙅‍♀️ Iced Coffee Milk🍹 It's a bit strange and overly sweet.
