The broth is flavorful and has a very traditional taste. I always enjoy adding lots of jalapeno🫑 and squeezing lime🍋 for that tangy and spicy kick. It's deliciously sour and spicy. Many Vietnamese pho places leave you thirsty after eating, likely due to the MSG, but this place doesn't have that issue, which is why it's my favorite. It's generously filled with large, fresh shrimp and served with peanut sauce—yyds. It's very refreshing and healthy.
