🥢 Vietnamese Restaurant in the Heart of Chinatown: Viet Food, Chinato
Overall Rating: 2.5/5 ⭐⭐⭐ Recommendation: Bun Per Person: £15 Operating Hours: (Sun-Thur) 12:00-22:30 (Fri-Sat) 12:00-23:00 Viet Food is a highly rated Vietnamese restaurant right at the entrance of London's Chinatown. 📝 What I Got: Chicken Pho: £8.80 Chargrilled Three Kinds of Pork Bun: £9.50 🍜 Bun: I got the bun as it's my favorite thing to eat in Vietnamese restaurants. It was tasty but not as good as the one I usually get, which is from BunBunBun (will review soon). 🥩 Chargrilled Pork: There were three kinds of pork, including pork belly and sausage. The meat was very good but it missed the taste of lemongrass which I seek in chargrilled pork. There was also a lack of vegetables—mostly just mint leaves. 🍲 Pho: The pho was decent but was a little boring and the size was quite small. 🏠 Ambience: It was also a bit uncomfortable and noisy as it is next to a very busy street, but there is also a second floor, which might be better. The service was OK. 🔍 Overall Thoughts: Overall, I gave a rating of 2.5/5 as I felt the food was quite average. #Vietnamesefood #Chinatown #bun #pho #Asianfood #londonrestaurants #londonlife #londonfoodguide #londonguide
