Virginia Beach | You Must Stay at This Hotel! 🏨

I think this hotel is absolutely amazing! Highly recommended! When coming to the beach, it’s essential to stay oceanfront, but there are so many ocean-facing hotels along the shore—it’s overwhelming! After much research, I found the most suitable one within my budget: Coastal Hotel & Suites Virginia Beach 1️⃣ Almost all their oceanview rooms are suites! They feature a large ocean-facing living room with a big sofa, offering plenty of space for kids to play and run around without feeling cramped. The separation between the daytime activity area and the nighttime rest area also helps adults maintain a more regular routine. 2️⃣ There’s an indoor oceanview pool! You won’t get sunburned, and the view is fantastic. One of the biggest worries when bringing kids to the beach is both you and them turning into "crispy roast ducks" from the sun 😅, but kids love pools! So having an indoor pool is a game-changer—plus, it’s heated, so it’s comfortable even in winter. There’s also a hot tub next to the pool. Perfect for a relaxing soak after swimming! 🏊‍♂️💦 3️⃣ Breakfast is included! No need to calculate extra costs. The breakfast is pretty good—you can make your own waffles and pancakes. Just watching the waffle maker kept my kid entertained for ages 😆. There are also sandwiches, potatoes, bacon, scrambled eggs, bagels, muffins, pastries, various juices, and coffee. 4️⃣ The hotel was recently renovated, so the floors, carpets, furniture, and facilities are all quite new and well-maintained. We stayed in the King Suite Ocean Front. We went with another family, and we were conveniently placed in adjacent rooms! The last photo shows the beach right in front of the hotel. The water isn’t cold anymore—we went into the ocean every day! 🌊😄 💰 The total for two nights was $960, all included. We went during a long weekend, so prices might be lower on regular days.
