Virginia Beach 3-Day Trip｜Day 2 & 3 Full Recap

Day 2️⃣ | Fishing + Kayaking + Oceanfront Walk 🕗 8:00 AM – Met at Dockside Seafood & Fishing Center for a fishing trip 🎣 (recommend arriving 15 mins early!). $45 per person (pre-tax) – includes gear and bait. Super beginner-friendly – the crew teaches you everything with a smile 😊 They move to different spots depending on where the fish are biting 🐟 I caught 3 small fish – released 2, kept 1. Some even caught baby sharks and flounder! 💡 Bring cash for tips! You can have your fish cleaned on board and even get it fried fresh at their restaurant! 🍽 Lunch at Dockside Restaurant: Ordered the Sunset Fish Platter – tender, Cajun-spiced, so flavorful! Clams Casino as an appetizer – we loved it so much we got a second order! 🐚 🛶 Afternoon: Booked a One Hour Double Kayak with Tula Adventure Sports ($60/boat, pre-tax). Wanted the dolphin tour but it was sold out 🐬 Paddled through a marina full of yachts 🚤, then into open water – so free and relaxing! They provide dry bags – just ask and return after use! 💦 Saw a dog standing on a paddleboard with its owner – cutest thing ever! 🐕‍🦺❤️ 🌊 Evening: Headed to Virginia Beach Oceanfront Meant to try happy hour oysters at The Atlantic on Pacific – fully booked 😢 Ended up grabbing a light dinner (not worth recommending lol), then enjoyed the sea breeze and souvenir shops! Day 3️⃣ | Brunch + Zoo + Heading Home 🍳 Brunch at Cracker Barrel Old Country Store my roasted chicken was a bit overdone – maybe try another dish 😅 Cozy country vibe though! 🦝 Virginia Zoo 🐾 Student ticket: only $12! Took about 2 hours to explore – small but very clean and well-kept.
