Visited Cleveland's Best New Restaurant of 2023
The restaurant is located in downtown Cleveland, with many famous downtown attractions nearby. โ ๏ธNote: Parking around is either coin-operated street parking ๐ ฟ๏ธ or paid parking lots ๐ ฟ๏ธ. It is recommended to allow extra time for finding a parking spot before dining. The overall decor of the restaurant has a retro style with warm, dim lighting and a semi-open kitchen. If you sit at the bar, you can watch the chefs prepare the dishes up close. The menu design is thoughtful, with the names of the chefs preparing the food listed on the front, and special thanks to the suppliers of the ingredients used in the restaurant. The back of the menu has a red stamp with the date in the top right corner. We tried 3 dishes, 1 dessert, and 2 drinks this time. Burnt carrot: Roasted carrots with pistachio crumbs, red onion, and citrus; the sweet combination of carrots and pistachios is quite novel and worth trying. Corned lamb: fermented mustard demi, allium; this lamb dish can be considered the highlight of the dinner! The lamb is not at all muttony, which is very friendly for those who do not like the mutton flavor. The fermented mustard sauce poured over the marinated lamb is full of fragrance! ๐๐๐๐ Highly recommended. Spring pea pasta cavatelli: smoked ham, pecorino, egg yolk; the pasta is cooked a bit firm, and the taste is acceptable. Starlight: This drink is only about its appearance, so I won't comment further. Carnegie & Ontario: This dessert was not particularly liked. The boozy lemon ice inside was too sour for my friend. #Restaurant #FoodPhotography #ClevelandFood #Cleveland #AmericanLife #DiningAndEntertainment
