Visiting Charleston 🌆🏨

Our stay began with the friendly and knowledgeable front desk staff who welcomed us warmly! 🤗 They efficiently handled our check-in while sharing helpful local tips about nearby restaurants and attractions, making us feel immediately comfortable and well-cared for. We stayed in a room facing the marina with a wonderful balcony! 🌊 Though the weather was quite hot, the view of the boats and waterfront made it worth it. We called the front desk about the temperature, and they promptly sent Dillon to help – and let me tell you, Dillon handled it perfectly! 🔧 We were heading out to dinner when Dillon assured us he had resolved the issue – and he truly delivered! 🍽️ When we returned from our meal, we coincidentally met him in the hallway. He personally accompanied us upstairs to verify everything was working properly, demonstrating exceptional commitment to guest satisfaction.
