Wandering in Tokyo 🌟
1. Yasaka Shrine 🌸 The shrine's architecture is brightly colored and very traditional Japanese. It looks even more beautiful at night 🍃 I planned to come back in the evening, but I was too tired and had to cancel! 😴 🌟 2. Hanami Lane This ancient pleasure quarter is the filming location for "Memoirs of a Geisha." 🌸 The houses lining the street have a strong Edo-period vibe, with lattice windows made of thin wood arranged in both vertical and horizontal directions for ventilation. 🍃 We arrived in the morning, so the street was very quiet and peaceful, allowing us to fully enjoy its quaint and leisurely charm. 🌸 🌟 3. Fushimi Inari Taisha 🍃 We took a bus to Fushimi Inari Shrine, famous for its thousands of torii gates. 🌸 It's one of Kyoto's most visually striking architectural landscapes. Over ten thousand torii gates stretch along Mount Inari for 4 kilometers, with heights ranging from 1 to 4 meters, creating a strong sense of visual depth. 🍃 The torii gates are mainly made of cypress wood, and the color difference between new and old torii gates (from dark red to bright red) forms a spectrum of time. The shrine is also full of fox statues holding keys (symbolizing the protection of granaries) or sheaves of rice (symbolizing harvest). 🦊 🍃 In short, the day was incredibly impressive. I had planned to come back at night to take some photos, but unfortunately, I couldn't make it. 🦊 I hope I get the chance to visit again in the future! 🌇 #Tokyo 🌟 #Kyoto 🌿 #JapanTravel 🌸
