On my 25th birthday, I decided to visit the legendary steakhouse that Warren Buffett loves the most. I was hoping to not only enjoy a fantastic meal but also to soak up some of Buffett's financial wisdom and luck š°. After all, if it's good enough for the Oracle of Omaha, it must be something special, right? šæ My dining experience was nothing short of amazing. The steak at Smith & Wollensky was cooked to perfection, with a beautiful sear and a juicy, tender interior. But when I compare it to Ruth's Chris, I have to say that Ruth's Chris has a slight edge š. Their steak is equally delicious, but there's just something about the seasoning and the way they cook it that makes it stand out. š And don't get me started on their seafood platter and roasted mushrooms. Every bite was a burst of flavor, but at the same price point, I think I'd choose Ruth's Chris for my next indulgence. šæ The atmosphere and service at both restaurants were top-notch. The staff were attentive and friendly, making sure that every need was met. The decor was elegant and inviting, creating a cozy dining experience. š But what really set Smith & Wollensky apart was the live jazz music š¶. They had these handsome foreign guys playing jazz, and the music added a whole new level of excitement to the evening. The place was buzzing with energy, and it felt like I was dining in a scene from a movie. šŗ Overall, it was a fantastic birthday treat. I got to enjoy some of the best food I've ever had and experience the vibrant atmosphere of a world-class steakhouse. Whether you're a fan of Buffett or just a lover of great food, Smith & Wollensky is definitely worth a visit. And who knows?
