Waterloo | Western Cuisine Today š“ Iāve been here so many timesāand every single visit, I never miss ordering their pasta. (I canāt handle white sauce, so I always switch to red sauce instead. Itās incredibly complementary!) The dried chili peppers? and sun-dried tomatoes in it totally opened up a new world of flavors for me. š All their steaks are delicious tooāyou can order any one, and the meat quality is always solid. š But the appetizers?
