Didn’t feel like traveling far this weekend, so my friends and I visited a charming, lesser-known vineyard on Long Island—Rose Hill Vineyards! It’s cozy, not too crowded, and absolutely perfect for a relaxed day out. The menu is simple but delightful—the cured meats were savory, the cheese rich and creamy, and they paired wonderfully with their crisp white wines.
