WenWen Taiwanese Fusion 🥢

🤣 I’ve known about this place for so long but never had the chance to visit Greenpoint. Since they only have a brunch menu at noon, the choices are pretty limited. 🌟I’d heard it was American-Chinese, but it actually feels more like a mix of Taiwanese and mainland (Sichuan) flavors. The taste is decent, but I’m personally not a huge fan of fusion food—I prefer authentic dishes. 🌟Thinking about why I don’t love fusion, it’s probably because it feels too much like when I randomly mix ingredients at home, throw a bunch of sauces together, and somehow it still tastes pretty good. 🤣 My Taiwanese roommate thought it was pretty good, haha, but maybe I’ve just been in a food rut lately, so nothing really wowed me. 🥪 #NewYork 🌆🌟
