๐ŸŒฎ What I Ate During Two Weeks in Santa Barbara ๐Ÿ˜‹

๐Ÿ“ Loquita โ€“ Famous spot, requires reservations! ๐Ÿ™ Loved everything we ordered, especially the grilled octopus with insanely good mashed potatoes underneath. Plus, our super friendly Spanish-accented waiter made great recommendations and even tried remembering our names! ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‡ช๐Ÿ‡ธ ๐Ÿ“ Funk Zone Eateries โ€“ Tried a few places recommended by a local guide (names forgotten ๐Ÿ˜…), but wasnโ€™t a big fan of the fried-heavy options. Maybe youโ€™ll have better luck! ๐Ÿค ๐Ÿ“ IN-N-OUT โ€“ Went with the classic hamburger ๐Ÿ”! The bun was soft and fresh. Lightly seasoned and not greasy โ€” plus so affordable compared to other burger chains! ๐Ÿ“ Magee's Kitchen at LA Farmers Market โ€“ Tried the popular "DOWNTOWN" hot dog ๐ŸŒญ! Huge, loaded with toppings, and the smell alone drew us in from far away. ๐Ÿ“ Butterbeer Icee at Universal Studios Hollywood โ€“ Super sweet and not much beer flavor ๐Ÿป, but chugged it anyway โ€™cause it was crazy hot and sunny that day! โ˜€๏ธโ„๏ธ ๐Ÿ“ Blenders in the Grass โ€“ SBโ€™s local smoothie chain! ๐Ÿ Tried the Red Pineapple โ€“ refreshing and not too sweet. Perfect SB thirst quencher! ๐Ÿ“ Homemade feast with Korean friends! ๐Ÿฅ˜๐Ÿซถ We braved the kitchen and succeeded! Made delicious meals with grocery ingredients โ€” including these pink-yellow cherries Iโ€™d never seen back home. So juicy and sweet! ๐Ÿ’ #SantaBarbaraEats #FoodieDiary #StudyAbroadLife #CaliforniaCuisine #EatLikeALocal #FoodSavesTheDay #SBFood
