What I Ate in a Day on the Vegas Strip 😋
With so many options in Vegas, here are some of my favorites from the past few days! My daily walks were mostly between The Venetian and Aria. ⚠️ Holiday warning: Christmas + New Year’s means everything is crowded — be ready to queue! Restaurants strongly recommend reservations in advance. 🍽️ Michael Mina 📍 Bellagio Came for the famous lobster pot pie 🦞 — $150, enough for two. The lobster was firm and springy, sauce slightly sweet, but the pastry was just okay. Sides were basic (carrots, peas, mushrooms). Good but not great value. ✅ Tuna Tartare appetizer was excellent — flavorful and well-balanced. 🍝 PRM Italian 📍 Caesars Palace New Year’s Eve + rain = everyone indoors and restaurants packed! Glad we booked ahead. Both pasta dishes we ordered were solid and perfectly portioned. 🍔 Gordon Ramsay Burger 📍 Planet Hollywood The truffle burger was tasty but didn’t meet expectations. The patty was overcooked (not juicy enough), and the sauce was too thick, making the burger dry. 🥚 Chica 📍 The Venetian Lobster Benedict was amazing! Fresh lobster, crispy buttery toast — so good! ❌ Skip the fish tacos — the fish was dry and bland. 🥐 Bouchon Bakery 📍 The Venetian Tried four items and loved them all: plain croissant, croissant sandwich, cream cheese Danish, and pistachio macaron. Their pastries are fantastic — flaky, buttery, worth every bite! ⚠️ The cream cheese Danish is very rich — not for those who dislike heavy sweets. ☕ Coffee was just average. 🍦 Milk Bar 📍 Cosmopolitan The soft serve lived up to the hype — creamy salted milk flavor! The cereal topping stays super crunchy (even at the bottom) and pairs perfectly with the ice cream. 🥚 Eggslut 📍 Cosmopolitan Always a long line, but it moves fast. The Fairfax sandwich has incredibly soft scrambled eggs, and the truffle hashbrowns are crispy and fragrant. 🍫 Dandelion Chocolate 📍 The Venetian Located in the hallway between the lobby and casino. Highly recommend the Frozen Chocolate — like drinking liquid dark chocolate: smooth, rich, slightly bitter. The House Mocha is also great — well-balanced between coffee and chocolate. #LasVegas #VegasEats #StripDining #FoodieTravel 🎰🍴✨
