What to Eat in New York 🍔
ESCARGOTS GRATINÉS (Gratinéed Snails) A must-try! The garlic parsley butter sauce is absolutely divine. The texture is crispy, and the snails are tender and slightly chewy. This dish is definitely in my top 3! 🐌 🍃 PLANCHE DE CHAP CUTERIE (Charcuterie Board) A classic French dish featuring a variety of pâtés and hams. It pairs perfectly with wine. I particularly loved the foie gras pâté and a pâté with bread crust (I can’t remember the exact name). 🍖 🎢 SAUMON FUMÉ (Smoked Salmon with Deviled Eggs) The salmon is thick and not at all salty, with a refreshing taste when paired with cream and lettuce. I also loved the deviled eggs. 🍣 🌸 POULET FERMIER À LA RÔTISSERIE (Roast Chicken) The signature dish here, the chicken is freshly roasted every morning. The skin is crispy, and the meat is tender, even the breast part is super soft! Drizzled with a rich garlic sauce... The accompanying cheese-baked potatoes are also very fragrant. 🍖 🌊 For dessert, we had the seasonal STRAWBERRY TART with vanilla ice cream, which was delicate and delicious. The CARAMEL PUDDING was made with caramel sauce instead of the traditional caramel crust, with just the right amount of sweetness and a cool, creamy texture with a rich vanilla flavor. 🍓 🏙️ #NewYork #NYCFood #NYCFoodGuide #WhatToEatInNYC 🌟🌟
